GM MUN was a pivotal experience in my journey. Through this activity, I learned how to think critically about global issues, present arguments in a structured manner, and build confidence in international forums. Furthermore, participating in GM MUN 2025 in Jakarta strengthened my interest in International Relations, thus making my choice of major more informed and focused.

Globy and GM MUN played a significant role in my journey, as they exposed me to global issues and developed a more critical mindset. I also learned how to structure arguments and speak up with more confidence. From that experience, I gradually became more confident in my chosen path, ultimately gaining acceptance at Monash University.

At the 16th Global Millennial Model United Nations (GM MUN), I received an Honorable Mention and Best Position Paper at the UNICEF Council as the Delegate of Indonesia. I learned how to write strong arguments and defend Indonesia's position on children's education issues. Then at the 17th GM MUN, I was trusted to be the Kenyan delegate to the UNEP Council and successfully earned another Honorable Mention. It turns out, all that hard work paid off with this award!
